甲维·辛乳油的高效液相色谱分析

摘    要:采用反相高效液相色谱法,Hypersil BDS C18色谱柱,以甲醇+乙腈+水(42+42+16)为流动相,在同一色谱条件下对甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐和辛硫磷复配乳油有效成份进行了同时分析测定。甲维盐和辛硫磷的保留时间分别约为12min和5min;变异系数(n=6)分别为4.39%和1.40%;回收率范围分别为95.7%~100.0%和98.1%~102.0%;线性相关系数分别为0.999 0和0.999 0。

Abstract:HPLC was adopted for the separation and determination of Emameetin Benzoate and Phoxim in mixed EC on the Hypersil BDS Cl8 column with methanol+acetonitrile+water (42+42+ 16) as mobile phase and UV detector. Under the selected conditions, the retention time of Emamectin Benzoate and Phoxim were 12rain and 5min. RSD s(n=6) for Emamectin Benzoate and Phoxim were found to be 4.39% and 1.40%. And the 102.0%. The linear correlation coefficient as 0 recoveries range were 95.7%-100.0% and 98.1%- 999 0 and 0. 999 0, respectively.
