1PJY-3.0型综合激光平地机的研制

摘    要:由于受土地平整机具自身缺陷和人工操作平整精度有限的制约,土地平整精度在达到一定程度后就无法继续提高。为此,设计了1PJY-3.0型综合激光平地机。该文介绍了该机的总体结构、工作原理、关键部件的设计以及试验效果。试验结果表明:该机作业后,方田面积达到0.5 hm2以上,平地精度≤±(1.5~2) cm,灌溉节水30%~45%,平整后的田块在灌水沉淀后即可进行机械插秧作业。

Abstract:The key question enlarging paddy field is how to accurately level the ground. At the present, on account of being restricted by the shortage of old leveling machines and limited level of manual operation, the accuracy of leveling land can not be continually improved after a certain level. For this reason, the type of 1JPY-3.0 laser controlled compositive leveling machine was designed. The article introduced the structure, the work principle, the design of the critical components and its experimental effects. The results of experiment show that the area of the every paddy field was enlarged more than 0.5 hm2, the accuracy of leveling was controlled between ±1.5 cm, the irrigation water-saving was about 30% to 45%. By using the machine, and the paddy fields which was leveled can carry out transplanting after irrigated and precipitated four days.
