| Abstract: | In the 21st century, digitalization, network and information are the library's development trend. From the analysis of new situation in libraries, the paper discusses how to elementarily position librarian's role, i.e., the librarian will face the development of diversified role from the simplified one. At the same time, the paper dwells on librarian's present condition and psychology of librarian under new situation. |
