| 摘 要： | 对仙客来无土栽培营养液中N、P、K元素采用三因素二次D-饱和最优设计,探讨不同浓度氮磷钾对仙客来生长发育的影响,对仙客来的叶面积、株高、冠幅、开花情况进行了分析。结果表明,仙客来营养生长期N、P、K适宜的浓度使用范围分别为263.4~300.0、20.0~60.0、250.0~325.0 mg.L-1,即N、P、K为3.0∶1.0∶3.7;在生殖生长期N、P、K适宜的浓度使用范围分别为86.6~263.4、60.0~100.02、50.0~400.0 mg.L-1,即N、P、K为3.0∶1.0∶6.5。

| Abstract: | D-saturation optimal design was adopted to investigate the effects of the proportions of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium on the physiology of Cyclamen persicum in soilless culture. Parameters such as leaf area, plant height, crown diameter,flower number, stalk height, and petal height were measured. The results showed that in vegetation period, suitable proportion ranges of N, P, and K were 263.4～300.0 mg·L~(-1), 20～60 mg·L~(-1), and 250～325 mg·L~(-1), and the ratio of N, P, and K was 3.0:1.0:3.7;Suitable proportion ranges in reproductive period were 50～175 mg·L~(-1), 20～60 mg·L~(-1), 100～400 mg·L~(-1) respectively, and with a ratio of 3:16.5 among three elements. |
