利用松、杉木屑栽培毛木耳技术

利用松、杉木屑栽培毛木耳,具有原料来源广,生产工艺简单,管理程序简便,成本低等特点。栽培技术:松、杉木屑经石灰水浸泡,或日晒雨淋,或自然堆积发酵,然后晒干、过筛再用于毛木耳栽培,经过配料、装袋、封口、打孔、灭菌、接种、发菌、开缝、催耳、出耳管理、采收、加工等一系列工序,产出的毛木耳产量和质量与用阔叶树木屑栽培的毛木耳相当。

Techniques for agaric cultivation by use of sawdust of pine and China fir

It is simple and less cost to cultivate agaric by use of sawdust of pine and China fir which raw materials sources are extensive.The cultivation techniques are as fellows: the sawdust of pine and China fir is immersed in limewater,or piled and exposed in open air;and then dried out naturally and finally sieved to finish the substrate preparation.A series process such as mixing substrates and loading bags,sealing and drilling,sterilizing and inoculating, hypha growing and opening sew,catalyzing agaric,picking and processing is implemented.The yield and quality of agaric would be higher than that cultivated with the sawdust of broadleaf.
