棉杆制浆废液生物转化液对茄子种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响

目的]为制浆造纸废水的资源化利用提供科学依据。方法]以茄子种子为材料,清水处理为对照,研究不同稀释倍数棉杆制浆废液枯草芽孢杆菌转化液对种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果]稀释5、10、15、20、25、30倍的转化液处理后,种子的出苗率分别为28.5%、56.0%、64.7%、52.0%、35.0%、60.0%、40.67%;综合各项指标,稀释10倍的转化液对茄子种子萌发的促进作用最明显;转化液稀释15倍的试验组茄子幼苗鲜重为对照组的3.3倍,株高比对照组增高了1倍,子叶叶绿素含量比对照组提高了16.3%。结论]稀释适宜倍数的棉杆制浆废液生物转化液对茄子种子萌发和幼苗生长具有较好的促进作用。

Effects of Bioconversion Broth of Cotton Stalk Pulping Waste Liquor on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Eggplant
