河西走廊设施农业可持续发展问题探讨

摘    要:通过对河西走廊设施农业发展现状的调查,找出了设施农业可持续发展中存在的设施布局分散,生产规模小,专业化程度低,资金短缺,设施装备水平低,环境调控能力差,重产前、产中服务,轻产后服务,设施生产基地整体功能不够完善等问题。提出以大力提高设施资源的综合利用率,提高设施农产品的品质,提高科技对设施农业的贡献率为主要对策。分析了今后河西走廊设施农业应以蔬菜、花卉栽培为主,积极发展畜牧业,适当发展林果业,因地制宜培育优势产业和特色产业,建立健全市场支撑体系,树立品牌意识,推行无公害生产,标准化上市的可持续发展思路。

Abstract:We found out the present existing problems of persistent development of installation agriculture by the present situation investigation and existing problems analyses. It were installation layout scatter; production scale small; specialization level lower; fund shortage; facilities equipment level lower; environmental controlling ability poor; strengthen antenatal and middle service; ignorant postpartum service; imperfect production basis of the total functions etc. It pointed out the main countermeasure of energetically improving the synthesize utilization ratio of installation resource; raising the quantity of installation agricultural production; heightening the devoting ratio of science and technology. It analyses the persistent developmental thoughts by main cultivation of vegetable and fruit; positive animal husbandry developing; suitable forest and fruit developing; we should culture superior industry and characterize industry ; built and amplify sustain system of marketplace; set up strain consciousness; carry out innocent production; get into marketplace with standard criterion in line with local conditions.
