磷肥对甘蓝型优质杂交油菜灌浆成熟期过程中品质性状的影响

以油研599和三北98为试验材料,研究磷肥对甘蓝型优质杂交油菜灌浆成熟期过程中品质性状的影响。结果表明：施磷量与杂交油菜各品质性状间的相关均未达到显著水平,芥酸、硫苷、棕榈酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸5个品质性状与施磷量间呈不显著的负相关,含油量、种子蛋白质含量、油酸、硬脂肪酸、廿碳烯酸5个品质性状与施磷量间的相关性在不同的品种表现不一样。从灌浆至成熟期,含油量逐渐增加,相关达到显著水平;种子蛋白质含量是逐渐减少的,相关达到极显著水平;油酸是逐渐增加的,棕榈酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸、廿碳烯酸4个品质性状从灌浆至成熟期是逐渐减少的,芥酸、硫苷、硬脂肪酸3个性状在2个品种中的表现不一致。增施磷肥可降低不饱和脂肪酸总量和不饱和脂肪酸指数。油菜的高产保优栽培中可不必考虑施磷会对品质性状产生显著的负效应,只考虑土壤是否缺磷和油菜产量水平来确实施磷量的多少。

The Effect of Different Applied Phosphorus on Each Quality Character of High Grade Hybrid Rape in During Grouting-maturity

Taking Youyan 599 and Sanbei98 as experiment materials,study on effects of different applied amount of phosphorus fertilizer on quality character of high grade seed hybridized rapeseed in Brassica napus L.The results showed that correlativity between phosphorus fertilizer and quality character did not reach significant level.There is no significant negative correlation between phosphorus fertilizer and erucic acid,glucosinolate,Palmitic acid,Linoleic acid,Linolenic acid.Correlativity is different among various types between phosphorus fertilizer and Oil content,Protein,Oleic acid,Stearic acid,Eicosenoic acid.Oil content increase gradually,correlation reach significant level,Protein reduce gradually,correlation reach significant level,Oleic acid increase gradually,Palmitic acid,Linoleic acid,Linolenic acid,Eicosenoic acid reduce gradually during grouting-maturity.Correlativity Erucic acid,Glucosinolae,Palmitic acid of is different between two variety.Increasing amount of applied phosphorus fertilizer can reduce total amount of unsaturated fatty acid and index of unsaturated fatty acid.negative effect of different applied phosphorus on quality character of high grade hybrid rape dont have to think over in high yield cultivation of rape that high grade quality can be guaranteed,only soil consideration whether or not is short of phosphorus and amount of applied phosphorus is defined by yield level of rape.
