| Abstract: | Fragrance is one of the most important qualities in rice,and it has been an important research issue to study the fragrance of rice.In this paper,progress of studies on the flagrance of rice was summarized involving appraising method,chemical composition,inheritance of aroma,mapping of fragrance gene,and application status of fragrant rice in rice breeding was discussed. |
