| 摘 要： | 土地是社会和经济发展的基础,其利用水平的高低直接影响着区域的发展。济宁市任城区正处于经济快速发展,城市化水平不断提高的关键时期,但是日益紧缺的土地资源成为了发展的瓶颈。根据任城区的土地利用变更调查数据,在土地利用现状的基础上,分析了任城区土地资源的节约集约利用情况及其土地利用中存在的问题,并结合实际状况提出了任城区土地资源节约集约利用的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Land is the foundation of social and economic development,its level of utilize will direct impact on the development of urban.Rencheng District is in the period of accelerating urbanization and rapid economic development now.However,the increasingly scarce land resources has become a bottleneck in the development.According to the land use change data surveyed in Rencheng District,this paper analyses the intensive utilization of land conservation,raises problems and puts proposals for the intensive and economical land use in Rencheng District. |
