镉在水稻体内的分配规律与水稻镉耐性的关系

摘    要:通过盆栽实验研究了镉在水稻体内的分配规律,结果表明,吸收的镉大部分累积在根部,越往上吸收越少,即Cd在水稻体内各器官的分配规律是:根>>茎>鞘>叶>稻米。就稻米镉含量而言,Lemont稻米镉含量比F6-138-1低,这与前期筛选的结果认为Lemont是耐性品种,F6-138-1是敏感品种是一致的,从而验证了前期的筛选方法。结果还表明,水稻品种的镉耐性与其吸收镉相对较少或向地上部运输比例较低有关。

Abstract:Based on the pot experiment, the law of Cd distribution in rice was studied, it show that most of the absorbed Cd assembled in the root, the upper, the less, i.e. the law of distribution of Cd in different organs of rice should be: root>> stem>sheaths>leaf>kernels. As far as the Cd contents in kernels was concerned, there was lower in Lement than in F6-138-1, which consistented with my previous selected result: Lement was Cd-tolerant, while F6-138-1 was Cd-sensitive, thus it verifies the previous selective method. The result also showed that Cd tolerance was associated with absorbing less Cd or conveying a lower Cd to the upper parts.
