摘    要:为了实现精准农药喷洒,降低农药浪费,基于物联网技术建立了植保机作业参数匹配系统。系统主要包括流量控制系统和药雾粒径控制系统。流量控制系统包括以下内容:①建立飞行速度、单位面积施药量和流量模型;②驱动隔膜泵流量与PWM控制信号占空比模型;③PID流量调节,降低系统响应时间,进而实现流量随飞行速度动态调整;药雾粒径控制系统用来探究流量、离心喷头转速和药雾粒径之间关系。系统测试表明:系统可以有效控制药物喷洒累积均匀性和药雾粒径均匀性。

Abstract:In order to achieve Precision pesticide spraying,reduction pesticide waste,the parameter matching system for plant protection machine operation was designed,based on EPC system network.This system included flow control system and particle size control system for pesticide.The flow control system finished the following design:①the model for flight speed,dosage of pesticide for unit area and flow was achieved.②the model for diaphragm pump flow and duty cycle of PWM control signal;③Flow regulation was achieved by PID to reduce system response time.And then the flow regulation would match flight speed.In particle size control system,the relationship between flow regulation,rotating speed of centrifugal nozzle and particle size for pesticide was analysed.The system was tested,the result showed that the system could Improve uniformity for spraying dosage and particle size.
