摘    要:为了提高花生捡拾收获机捡拾装置的秧果捡拾效率,在现有研究基础上,对捡拾装置的捡拾幅宽、捡拾齿、捡拾输送辊筒等零部件进行设计和分析,重点设计了带有活动间隙角的捡拾齿,阐述了其结构及工作过程,并对捡拾齿捡拾花生秧果时进行受力分析和运动轨迹分析.同时,以捡拾装置捡拾齿间距、捡拾带速度、捡拾齿活动间隙角度为影响因素,以秧果捡拾...

Abstract:In order to improve the picking efficiency of the seedlings of the picking device of the peanut picking and harvesting machine,at the current research level,the design and analysis of the picking width,picking teeth,picking conveyor rollers and other components of the picking device are focused on.Picking teeth at the clearance angle,expounding its structure and working process,and carrying out force analysis and trajectory analysis when picking the teeth and pick-ing peanut seedlings,and it is influenced by the distance between the picking teeth of the picking device,the speed of the picking belt,and the angle of the picking tooth movement gap Factors,with the picking rate of seedlings as the detec-tion index,conducted a response surface analysis test.The results show that the distance between the picking teeth and the speed of the picking belt are extremely significant for the picking of peanut seedlings.The optimal combination is:picking tooth spacing 114.117mm,picking belt speed 1.352m/s,picking tooth movement clearance angle 51.125°The fruit picking rate was 98.7%.
