Abstract:In order to further improve the software operation performance and the overall operation efficiency of the combine harvester,the software configuration items of the combine harvester were studied by using UML modeling concept.According to the working principle and component composition of combine harvester system,aiming at improving the sensitivity of fault identification and software architecture of combine harvester,the technology of combining UML activity and use case was selected,the UML model and algorithm flow of combine harvester was established,the software design and configuration function module were implemented for the system,and the software configuration design test was carried out,which showed that through the implementation mechanism of system configuration design based on UML modeling,the operation failure response time and grain crushing rate of the combine system could be reduced by more than 50% on the original basis,the consistency of software configuration requirements could reach 94%,and the operation stability and efficiency of the whole machine could be improved by more than 7%,which verified the reasonable feasibility of the design.The design idea has a good application advantage in the function optimization of agricultural machinery equipment software,and would be worth popularizing.
