摘    要:目前,新疆林果业要进一步实现机械化,需要不断提高果园的"宜机化"标准,开展新疆果园的"宜机化"改造势在必行.为此,针对普通旋耕机作业造成少耕、漏耕的情况,设计了一种适合新疆果园避障旋耕作业的机具,可通过液压控制系统提供动力输出,控制避障执行系统在中耕除草时对果树或障碍物进行有效避让,以免对果树造成伤害.经过对国内外避障...

Abstract:Nowadays,to achieve further realize mechanization of Forest Fruit Industry,It is necessary to continuously improve the standard of orchard mechanization,and it is imperative to carry out orchard mechanization transformation in Xinjiang.Base on the scheme,this paper focuses on the problem that ordinary rotary tiller operation will cause less tillage and miss tillage and designs a machine tool for avoiding obstacles and rotating tillage in Xinjiang orchard.Power of this machine powered by hydraulic control system,it can efficiently avoid the harm of fruit trees by designing the obstacle avoidance execution system to recognize and bypass fruit trees or obstacles during weeding.After theoretical research and a series of effective calculations of obstacle avoidance rotary tillers on studies of China and abroad,the hydraulic system of the obstacle avoidance rotary tiller suitable for Xinjiang forestry and fruit industry and the key components of the rotary tiller were designed.By using orthogonal experiment analysis,the performance of the orchard obstacle avoidance rotary tiller was tested,and the best operating theoretical parameters of the orchard obstacle avoidance rotary tiller were obtained from the experimental results.
