Abstract:For the purpose of exploring the change law of internal moisture in Fritillaria during drying,to realize the real-time monitoring of the moisture content,and provides a theoretical basis for the drying process design of Fritillaria.In the experimental part,the hot-air drying characteristic curve of Fritillaria was obtained in the dry-box at 45℃,55℃and65℃firstly,with taking R22and RMSE as the evaluation index.Then,the drying kinetic model of Fritillaria was established by using four classical drying models.The experimental results show that the Weibull model can better simulate the hot air drying process of Fritillaria than other drying models.Among them,the scale parameterαdecreases significantly with the increase of drying temperature,but the shape parameterβwas not.The effective estimated diffusion coefficient is 1.229×10-10~3.218×10-10m2/s and drying activation energy of water is 43.296kJ/(mol·k)based on Weibull function.To sum up,this study provides technical and theoretical basis for the industrial drying of Fritillaria by using modern drying technology.
