摘    要:在马铃薯的种植过程中,播种的质量可以直接影响到马铃薯的产量。随着马铃薯产业的不断发展,对播种质量监测要求也随之提升,而株距不均匀、漏播率高等问题普遍存在于现有的马铃薯播种机上。为此,设计了一种基于单片机的马铃薯播种质量监测试验台,以STC12W204单片机为核心,通过安装在传送带上的红外传感器监测播种机播种情况,将数据传至单片机进行处理,对株距不合适、漏播等进行亮灯报警显示,显示漏播、株距不当的位置。试验结果表明:马铃薯播种质量监测系统可以实时监测马铃薯播种机的播种质量,并显示漏播和不均匀株距的位置并进行报警,对于更好地应用于大规模马铃薯种植和加快马铃薯产业发展具有重要的意义。

Abstract:In the potato planting process, sowing plays a key role, and the quality of sowing can directly affect the potato yield, with the continuous development of the potato industry, the increase in demand, the quality of seeding monitoring requirements also enhanced.The problems of uneven plant spacing and high rate of missed seeding are common in existing potato seeding machines. Aiming at the common problems of potato planter, this paper designs a potato seeding quality monitoring test bed based on single chip microcomputer.With STC12 W204 single-chip microcomputer as the core, the test bed monitors the seeding situation of the seeder through the infrared sensor installed on the conveyor belt, transmits the data to the single-chip microcomputer for processing, lights up the alarm display of improper plant spacing, and displays the position of improper plant spacing and plant spacing.The potato seeding quality monitoring system designed in this paper can monitor the seeding quality of potato planter in real time and display the position of missing seeding and uneven planting distance for alarm. It is of great significance to apply it to potato planting on a large scale and accelerate the development of potato industry.
