摘    要:农业机械中与人体直接接触的扶手、方向盘等悬臂结构往往振动比较剧烈,严重影响了操作人员的身心健康,并容易诱发振动相关的疾病.针对这一问题,将颗粒阻尼器引入悬臂结构的减振设计,并在此基础上提出了一种缓冲型双层颗粒阻尼器,以解决微小振动环境下颗粒阻尼器减振效果差的问题.试验研究了稳态简谐激励下传统及新型颗粒阻尼器的减振效果,...

Abstract:There are many cantilever structures in agricultural machinery such as handrails and steering wheels.The physical and mental health of the operator is seriously affected by the violent vibration of these structures because of the direct contact on the human body,and the vibration-related diseases are easily induced.In response to this problem,the particle damper was introduced into the vibration reduction design of cantilever structures in this paper.Based on the traditional particle damper,a double-layer particle damper with internal buffer is proposed to improve the vibration damping ability of the particle damper in a small vibration environment.The vibration damping effect of the traditional particle damper and the new one was investigated under steady-state sinusoidal excitation.The results show that particle dampers can effectively reduce the vibration of the cantilever structure,and the acceleration attenuation rate is generally greater than 20% and even exceeds 40% in some cases.Compared with the traditional particle damper,the double-layer particle damper with internal buffer shows more excellent damping ability.
