摘    要:为分析网式旋流自清洗过滤器过滤性能的影响因素、过滤器和吸污器内部流场分布规律,对过滤器结构和工作原理进行了分析,并利用Gambit软件建立过滤器和吸污器仿真简化模型,运用Fluent软件对过滤器和吸污器内部流场分布进行了数值模拟。以过滤器出口大小、吸污器转速、吸污口宽度为影响因子,除杂率为评价指标,采用三因素三水平正交组合试验方法,分析各影响因子对过滤性能的影响规律。试验结果表明:影响过滤性能的主次因素为过滤器出口大小、吸污器转速、吸污口宽度;最优参数组合:过滤器出口大小为300mm、吸污器转速为30r/min、吸污口宽度为20mm时,除杂率为87.4%,过滤器过滤性能性最佳。

Abstract:In order to analyze the influencing factors of the filtering performance of the mesh-type self-cleaning filter,and the regularity of the flow field distribution in the filter and the suction device.The structure and working principle of the filter are explained in detail.The simplified model of filter and sewage suction device simulation is established by Gambit software.The flow field distribution inside the filter and sewage suction device is numerically simulated by using Fluent software.Taking the size of the filter outlet,the speed of the suction device,and the width of the suction port as the influencing factors,the impurity removal rate is the evaluation index,and the three-factor three-level orthogonal combination test method is used to analyze the influence law of each influencing factor on the filtration performance.The test results show that the primary and secondary factors that affect the filtration performance are:filter outlet size,suction suction speed,suction suction width,optimal parameter combination:filter outlet size is 300mm,suction suction speed is 30r/min When the width of the dirty port is 20mm,the impurity removal rate is 87.4%,and the filter has the best filtering performance.It has been tested and verified to meet the filtration requirements of filtration equipment.
