Abstract:To verify the feasibility of joint optimization scheme based on TRIZ theory and Adams virtual prototype technology through an example.The optimization scheme was researched by multi-fusion method,using TRIZ theory and Adams virtual prototype to build a virtual optimization platform to optimize the design of physical prototype.Use Adams and causal chain analysis to find the main contradictions in the problem,use TRIZ theory to invent creative principles to solve the main contradictions,and obtain the optimal design plan.The optimized cassava seed cutter is stable and reliable.The new positioning mechanism can reduce the vibration of the cutter in the non-cutting direction,and its working efficiency and reliability are greatly improved compared with the original prototype.The joint optimization design method based on TRIZ theory and Adams virtual prototype technology is feasible in solving the problem of invention and creation.This research method greatly reduces the cost and time of solving the problem of invention and design,and is expected to become the main research method to solve the problem of prototype optimization in the future.
