农用无人机气流扰动翼疲劳有限元分析

Abstract:Based on the dynamic analysis of the air flow disturbance wing of the agricultural UAV,aiming at the problem that it is difficult to estimate the fatigue life of the air flow disturbance wing,it establishes the finite element model of the air flow disturbance wing by using the UG three-dimensional software,and sets the parameters of the air turbulence model by using the fluent fluid module of ANSYS,which can obtain the force distribution data of the air flow disturbance wing surface.The fatigue finite element simulation results of the air flow disturbance wing of the agricultural UAV show that the minimum fatigue life of the air flow disturbance wing is 1.226E9 and 3.562E9 cycles respectively at the joint of the air flow disturbance wing and the airframe,as well as during taking off and landing.
