摘    要:为解决果树枝粉碎还田问题,设计了一种9ZFS-350型履带式自走剪枝粉碎机。首先,阐述了该机的整体结构和工作原理;然后,根据理论分析及前期试验确定以喂入量、粉碎转速、导流板倾角为试验因素,粉碎合格率为目标值,利用Design-expert数据处理软件对其目标值进行响应面优化分析。分析表明:影响目标值的显著顺序为粉碎转速X2>喂入量X1>导流板倾角X3进行优化分析得到工作参数组合为:当喂入量X1=354.57 kg/h、粉碎转速X2=1979.01 r/min、导流板倾角X3=20.81°时,粉碎合格率Y达到95.03%。田间试验结果表明:当喂入量X1=355 kg/h、粉碎转速X2=2000 r/min、导流板倾角X3=21°时,粉碎合格率Y=92.94%,试验值与优化结果的相对误差为2.20%,小于5%。试验结果可为果树枝粉碎机的设计提供理论依据。

Abstract:The crushing of fruit branches and returning to the fields is a problem that needs to be solved urgently,so this paper designs a 9ZFS-350 crawler self-propelled pruning crusher.First,the overall structure and working principle of the machine are explained,and then based on theoretical analysis and preliminary tests,it is determined that the feed rate,crushing speed,and deflector inclination are the test factors,and the crushing pass rate is the target value.Through using the design-expert data processing software,the target value is subjected to response surface optimization analysi.The significant sequence that affected the target value was:crushing speed X2>feeding amount X1>deflector inclination X3,and performing optimization analysis to obtain a combination of working parameters:feeding amount X1 was 354.57 kg/h,the crushing speed X2 was 1979.01 r/min,and the deflector inclination X3 was 20.81°,the crushing qualification rate Y reached 95.03%.Finally,it was verified by field experiments.The results showed that when the feeding amount X1 was 355 kg/h,the crushing speed X2 was 2000 r/min,and the deflector inclination X3 was 21°,the crushing qualification rate Y was 92.94%.The relative error between the value and the optimized result was 2.20%and less than 5%.The test results provide a theoretical basis for the design of the fruit tree shredder.
