摘    要:为解决艾草(Artemisia argyi)人工脱叶难的问题,设计了一种艾草脱叶装置.以成熟期蕲艾作为研究对象,进行艾草物料试验,并对艾草脱叶机的链式夹持输送装置、螺旋脱叶滚筒和拉茎辊等关键部件进行设计与运动分析.试制了艾草脱叶机物理样机,设计正交试验探究各运动参数最佳配合关系.试验结果表明:当夹持输送速度为0.14m...

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of artificial Artemisia argyi defoliation,a kind of Artemisia argyi leaves removing machine was designed.In this paper,Artemisia argyi in mature stage was used as research object to carry out material test.The key parts of Artemisia argyi leaves removing machine were designed and analyzed,including double chain clamping conveyor,spiral defoliation rollers and ejector roller.The physical prototype was trial produced and designed orthogonal experiment to explore the excellent combination of each factor.The test results showed that when the clamping conveyor chain speed was 0.14m/s,the speed of spiral defoliation rollers were 600r/min and the speed of ejector roller was 150r/min,the highest qualified rate was 81.3%.This machine basically met the mechanized defoliation requirementsof Artemisia argyi.
