Abstract:In order to solve the problem of missing seeds in mechanized seeding,the machine vision technology was used to identify the seed scoop and seed potato on the seed chain in parallel.According to the result of identification,the method of identifying the lack of seed in seed scoop was studied.Firstly,the high-speed camera was used to collect images according to the working environment of the seed chain,and the video frame images were divided into 20 regions;Then,the video frame image was processed,the identification information of seed scoop and seed potato was obtained at the same time;Finally,according to the fact that there was seed scoop in the same core processing area,but there was no seed potato,the lack of seed in the image area was determined.The results showed that the success rate of discrimination was 91.1%and the average discrimination time was 56ms.The discriminant method can meet the discriminant demand of seed-missing in precision sowing.
