摘    要:针对花生捡拾收获过程的易堵塞、损失大等突出问题,研发了一种多接口输出的花生捡拾收获过程喂入量检测系统.系统以单片机为核心,利用应变片测量应力来反映喂入量的大小,其数值除了显示以外,还采用模拟量变送、485通讯等接口形式输出.同时,阐述了应力检测的方法和原理,经试验创立了相关的测量数学模型,并设计了测量电路,编写了相应的...

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of peanut picking and harvesting,such as easy blockage and large loss.A multi-interface output detection system for peanut feeding in the process of picking and harvesting was developed.The system takes single chip microcomputer as the core which uses the strain gauge to measure the stress to reflect the size of the feeding amount.In addition to the display of the system value,it also adopts the interface form of analog transmission and 485 communication.This article explains the methods and principles of stress detection.A related mathematical model of measurement was created through experiments in the article.At the same time,the measurement circuit was designed and the corresponding software was written.The system can display the measured feed value in real time and output its standard signal simultaneously through field verification.The system can alarm in time when the feeding threshold value set by the system is reached.The system can detect the feeding amount and output the control signal in the process of peanut harvest.The blockage in the harvest process has been effectively prevented and controlled simultaneously,which improves the intelligent level of peanut picking and harvesting.
