Abstract:Aiming at the problem of low technical level of tractor engine maintenance person,and highly depend on manual inspection of fault detection system,the tractor engine fault detection system was designed based on big data.The system was constituted of data acquisition module,database,intelligent analysis module,detection module,information query and maintenance module.The system identified the fault type of tractor engine in the method of convolutional neural network to avoid the interference of manual operation to fault detection.To improve the intelligent level of fault detection,the convolutional neural network was designed.To verify the validity of the fault detection system,the system was trained and tested by adjusting the temperature and efficiency data.The test result show that the system could detect and recognize the type of the fault.
