基于单片机和模糊PID的拖拉机空调电机控制系统

摘    要:为了实现对拖拉机空调电机转速的精确控制,设计了一种基于单片机和模糊PID的转速单闭环无刷直流电机控制系统,可以对电机转速进行控制调节,从而驱动制冷压缩机工作,降低拖拉机车内温度。实验结果表明:基于单片机和模糊PID的拖拉机空调电机控制系统稳态误差较小,控制精度较高,与理论基础相符合,证明了该方法的可行性和正确性。

Abstract:In order to realize the precise control of tractor air-conditioning motor speed,it designs a single closed-loop speed control system of BLDCM Based on MCU and fuzzy PID,which can control and adjust the motor speed,so as to drive the refrigeration compressor to work and reduce the tractor interior temperature.The experimental results show that it is small and the control accuracy is high for the steady-state error of the tractor air-conditioning motor control system based on single-chip microcomputer and fuzzy PID.The experimental results are consistent with the theoretical basis,which proves the feasibility and correctness of the method.
