几种生物农药防治葡萄斑叶蝉的田间药效试验

摘    要:葡萄斑叶蝉是新疆葡萄生产上的重要害虫,选择4种生物药剂进行了田间防治葡萄斑叶蝉的药效试验,结果表明:生物农药2.5;菜喜悬浮剂(1 500倍)、2;阿维菌素乳油(3 000倍)防治葡萄斑叶蝉具有较好的速效性、持效性,14 d后的防效仍保持在 74; ~ 86;.25;灭幼脲3号属昆虫生长调节剂,其2 000倍水悬浮剂,具有较好持效性但速效性较差.21 d的药剂防效变化较大.菜喜和灭幼脲3号对葡萄斑叶蝉仍保持在70;以上,尤其菜喜防治效率高达83.39;,具有很好的持效性.

Abstract:The grape leafhopper(Ezythmneura apicahs) is one of the important pests in vineyards in Xinjiang.The efficacy test of the four kinds of bio-pesticides was carried out to control grape leafhopper in the field.The results showed that the effects of 2.5% Spinosad with 1 500 fold,2% Abamectin with 3 000 fold were quick and persistent,which had been kept by 74% and 86% after 14 days.25% Chlorbenzuron Ⅲ with 2 000 fold had the longer persistent effect with controlling grape leafhopper but lower effect.After 21d,2.5% Spinosad with 1 500 fold and 25% Chlorbenzuron Ⅲ with 2 000 fold,still kept the better control effect,but the effect of 2% Abamectin and 25% Thiamethoxam was continuously discreased.
