| 摘 要： | 研究了基于GIS平台的农村配电网络供电可靠性目标管理系统的实现。系统采用三层架构、拓扑编码和网络搜索的方法，提出了新的供电可靠率计算方法，可应用于供电可靠率实时计算与评估。确定了供电可靠率目标分解的影响因子，给出了目标分解的具体算法。根据上述方法．完成了GIS平台下供电可靠率计算评估与目标分解等功能的实现，对提高农村配电网络供电可靠性有实际价值。
