加强高职师资建设与促进区域农业经济发展的思考——以陕西新升格高职院校为例

陕西属西部农业大省,农业经济在社会经济发展中占相当比重。在各地区积极探索促进区域农业经济发展之路的同时,加强地方高职教育特别是涉农高职教育无疑将起到巨大的推动作用。但是,陕西各地高职农科类师资建设中还存在诸多问题。这势必影响农业科技人才的培养,从而影响区域农村经济发展。拟通过调查分析,探索一条促进陕西涉农新升格高职师资建设与区域农业经济协调发展的新思路。

Consideration of Relationship of Construction of Teachers'Team at Higher Vocational & Technical Colleges and Development of Regional Agriculture Economy

Shaanxi is a big agriculture province which is located in the west of China.Agriculture economy plays an important role in society and economy development in Shaanxi province.When the local government tries to explore the way of promoting the development of regional agriculture economy,it is a good way to help them to development the local higher vocational & technical education,especially in agriculture higher vocational & technical colleges.But,at present,there are many problems in teachers′ team at agriculture higher vocational & technical colleges,which influence the educational quality of students,and further influence the development of regional agriculture economy.This research aimed to find a good way to coordinate the development of both the construction of agriculture teachers' team and the development of regional agriculture economy by investigation.
