| 摘 要： | 通过对云南丽江地区梅花种质资源性状的观察及评价,采用实生选育以及杂交育种两种方式开展了花果兼用梅新品种的选育研究。结果表明:根据制定的花果兼用梅新品种的选择标准,在云南丽江果梅优株中通过实生选育方式选育出了5个花果兼用梅新品种,即‘七河4号’、‘七河14号’、‘七河21号’、‘拉市优4号’、‘江边7号’;通过杂交育种的方式得到了优株‘七河11号’与‘乌羽玉’的杂交后代。

| Abstract: | We observed and assessed Prunus mume germplasm resources in Lijiang,Yunnan Province,China and carried out selection and breeding of mei cultivars used for both flower and fruit purposes through seedling breeding and crossbreeding.Results show that five new mei cultivars for both flower and fruit uses,i.e.,P.mume ’Qihe No.4’,P.mume ’Qihe No.14’,P.mume ’Qihe No.21’,P.mume ’Lashiyou No.4’,and P.mume ’Jiangbian No.7’,were selected from the excellent mei trees through seedling breeding based on selection criteria.Hybrids were obtained using P.mume ’Qihe No.11’ as the female parent and P.mume ’Wuyuyu’ as the male parent. |
