摘    要:随着人民生活水平的不断提高,对于肉类、蔬菜和水果的需求不断增加,商品鸡肉相对于传统养殖的家禽类鸡肉更能符合人们的需求。就商品肉鸡的各种特性,探讨商品鸡肉越来越被重视的原因,研究针对这些特性而需要的种种养殖关键技术,进行优劣势的分析。将较好的养殖技术应用于生产中,改善不利于肉鸡健康生长的技术缺点,达到最佳的养殖效果。

Abstract:With the continuous improvement of living standards for meat,vegetables and fruits increased demand,commodity chicken compared to conventional farming poultry chicken better meet people’s needs,this article on the various characteristics of commercial broiler,of commodities more and more attention because of chicken,while research and need for these features all the key technology culture,and the strengths and weaknesses of the analysis,which adhere to good farming techniques,improvement is not conducive to healthy growth of broiler technology to achieve the best farming techniques,make people’s lives more healthy.
