氟苯尼考及其制剂的拉曼光谱检测研究

摘    要:用显微拉曼光谱仪研究了氟苯尼考及其同类药物甲砜霉素、氯霉素的拉曼光谱以及氟苯尼考制剂的拉曼光谱,并对其拉曼光谱进行了简单分析。结果表明该方法使用简单,分析速度快,能准确区别氟苯尼考、甲砜霉素、氯霉素三种药物结构上的差别,能初步判断制剂是否为可疑假兽药,是一种快速、识别率高的定性方法。

Abstract:A new method was proposed for detecting the florfenicol and other similar drug like thiamphenicol and chloramphenicol and florfenicol's preparation quickly with Raman spectroscopy.Based on the theoretical analysis of these Raman spectrums,experimental results showed that this approach could be used to distinguish different structure of three drugs accurately and make the preliminary judgment where the preparations was the false and inferior veterinary drug.Raman spectrums was a simple,fast testing technology with a high recognition rate.
