| 摘 要： | 农业现代化是"四化"的基础,河南作为一个农业大省,实现农业现代化迫在眉睫。河南的农业现代化,应根据省情,着眼长远,统筹规划,从提高农业劳动力素质入手,借鉴发达国家的先进经验,强化基础设施建设,进行技术创新,转变经营方式,走可持续发展之路。
