| Abstract: | The hypothesis of human nature determines the formation and development of management theory,which restricts the management of human activities,it directly affects the quality and success to have a profound understanding of human nature and the effect of management.It is the key to modern business management,which establishes people-oriented management concept,implements the right incentives approach and builds people-oriented organizational culture. |
