摘    要:人性假设决定着管理理论的形成与发展,制约着人类的管理活动,对人性的深刻认识和理解直接影响着管理效果的好坏与成败。树立以人为本的管理理念,实施正确的激励方法,打造以人为本的组织文化是现代企业管理的关键。

Abstract:The hypothesis of human nature determines the formation and development of management theory,which restricts the management of human activities,it directly affects the quality and success to have a profound understanding of human nature and the effect of management.It is the key to modern business management,which establishes people-oriented management concept,implements the right incentives approach and builds people-oriented organizational culture.
