| 摘 要： | "三农"问题是困扰中国经济发展的一个重要课题,农民问题是"三农"问题的核心,农民问题的实质是农民利益问题。而要解决好农民问题就必须要实现好、维护好、发展好农民的正当利益。在社会主义新农村建设中,我们应积极探索和创建农民利益的实现机制,建立利益价值导向机制、利益诉求表达机制、利益监督约束机制、利益冲突化解机制、利益共享实现机制。 |
