微波消解HG-AFS法测定小麦中硒含量的研究

摘    要:为了探讨小麦中硒含量的快速测定方法,本文考察了酸消解体系、微波功率、消解时间、酸用量等因素对利用微波消解HG—AFS法测定小麦中硒含量结果的影响,优选出了仪器的最佳工作条件,并以最佳样品消解条件和仪器工作条件测定5种小麦样品和国家小麦标准物质(GBW08503)中的硒含量。结果表明,小麦标准物质中硒的测定值与标准值相吻合,5种小麦样品中硒的相对标准偏差在5.44%~8.21%之间,本法的检出限为0.052ng·ml-1,浓度在0~200ng·ml-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,且具有操作简便、快速、灵敏度高、污染小等特点。

Abstract:To develop a simple and rapid method for defecting selenium in wheat, the effects of digestion (system), microwave, digestion duration etc on the selenium content in wheat detected by HGAFG were (evaluted), the working condition of equipment, sample digestion and the standard substrate were optimized.The result showed that the (selenium) in the 5 wheat samples was (identically) coincidence with the standard (substrate). The relative standard deviation of the 5 samples was (between) 5.44%~(8.21%). The detections limit was 0.052 (ng/ml), and the linear range was (between) 0 ~ 200 (ng/ml). This method have the features of easy, rapid and sensitive.
