| 摘 要： | 天气指数保险是牧业保险的一种新形式,在保障牧民利益、促进畜牧业发展方面发挥了重要作用。但目前还存在指标不够合理、基差风险大等问题,今后应进一步合理布局气象观测站,完善数据资料,加强多部门合作,改进天气指数保险制度设计。

| Abstract: | Weather index insurance is a new form of animal husbandry insurance, which plays an important role in protecting the interests of herdsmen and promoting the development of animal husbandry. However, there are still some problems, such as unreasonable indexs and high risk of base difference. In the future, government should further rationalize the layout of meteorological observation stations, improve completeness of data, strengthen multisectoral cooperation, and improve the design of weather index insurance system. |
