| 摘 要： | 补偿方式多样化是退耕还林还草经济补偿政策顺利开展的客观要求,文章指出退耕还林还草补偿方式的选择应做到七个结合,即国内补偿和国内补偿相结合、逐步由不充分补偿过渡到充分补偿、直接补偿和间接补偿相结合、实物补偿和现金补偿相结合、多次补偿和一次补偿相结合、中央补偿和地方补偿相结合、政府补偿和民间补偿相结合。

| Abstract: | Diversity of compensating pattern is the objective demand for policy of economic compensation in returning farmland to forestry and grassland to carry out smoothly.Seven combinations should be adopted during choosing compensating pattern.They are:combination of domestic compensation and international compensation,transition from part compensation to full compensation progressively,combination of direct compensation and indirect compensation;combination of compensation in kind and compensation in cash,combination of many-times compensation and one-times compensation;combination of central compensation and local compensation;combination of governmental compensation and folk compensation. |
