| 摘 要： | 在对战略性人力资源管理基础理论阐述的基础上，粗浅地提出了现代企业构建战略性人力资源管理体系的思路。现代企业通过实施战略性人力资源管理，一方面使企业员工满意并实现价值增值，另一方面有利地支持企业战略目标的实现，使企业获得持久的竞争优势。
