农民权益问题思考——以福建省为例

在经济发展进程中,福建省与全国一样,对农民权益的保护虽然有所改善,但仍存在一些问题.新时期闽台农业合作渐成福建省农业发展的特色,闽台农业合作在给福建省"三农"问题包括福建省农民权益问题的解决带来巨大机遇的同时,也带来了一定的挑战.从完善土地制度,创建农民协会,拓展渠道,增加农民收入等方面提出对策建议,以期借助闽台农业合作的契机加强对农民权益的保护,切实改善农民的状况,促进福建省"三农"问题的解决,使福建省经济更加快速健康地发展.
