摘    要:智能前照灯系统的设计能够有效提高汽车的主动安全。AFS充分利用车身局域网资源,采用微型步进电机控制器AMIS30623控制步进电机实现车灯的弯道旋转调光和纵倾调光两种功能。本系统利用CAN/LIN混合网络进行通讯,采集CAN总线信号及传感器信号,处理结果通过LIN总线发送给步进电机控制器,执行机构对车灯灯光照射角度进行控制实现车灯灯光在二维平面内运动以适应不同的路况,为驾驶员提供最佳夜间视野。

Design on Adaptive Front Lighting System(AFS) Based on CAN/LIN network
Abstract:AFS(Adaptive Front Lighting System) uses available technology to improve the visual conditions for the road safety.The AFS can make full use of local area network of vehicle body,and control the step motor by using small stepping motor controller AMIS30623 in order to make the car light has two functions:rotation dimming and trim dimming on bend road.The system uses CAN/LIN hybrid network to communicate,and collects CAN bus signals and sensor signals,and then its processing results are sent to the step motor by LIN bus.Through controling the car light's irradiation angles,the actuator can make lamp light move in two-dimensional plane in order to adopt different road conditions,which can provide the best visual field for drivers.
