农业科研院所后勤社会化改革新探

通过对农业科研院所后勤社会化改革与农业科研院所广大职工、农业科研院所发展之间的关系及存在的问题进行了分析,提出了建立后勤工作分类管理体系,完善绩效考核制度,促进后勤工作标准化、规范化,打造数字化后勤,正确处理公益性和市场性之间的关系,拓展后勤企业发展的新思路等改革措施。

New Exploration of Reformation for Logistics Socialization of Agricultural Scientific Research Institutes

The relationship among the reformation for logistics socialization of agricultural scientific research institutes, masses of workers and the development of the agricultural research institutes and problems were analyzed in the paper. The reform methods were put forward, i.e., establishing classification management system of logistics work, improving the performance evaluation system, promoting logistics standardiza- tion and creating digital logistics assessment method, handling the relationship between common wealthy and marketing correctly, expanding new ideas for the development of logistics enterprises, etc.
