| 摘 要： | 优化管理就是指合理开发和利用。干旱区环境的脆弱性是人所共知的,在我们目前的现状下,绿洲尤其是绿洲与荒漠之间的交错带,各类系统的共同开发,类似于单一被捕食者与若干捕食者种类关系的情况。本文具体分析了干旱区种群的合理开发和管理,结论得出政府调控在资源的开发和管理中起着非常重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Optimum management means the reasonable development and utilization. It is well-known that the arid area environment means the friable. Under present situation, the oasis, especially ecotone between the oasis and desert, the common development of all kinds of systems are similar to the situations of the relations of the single prey and several predators. In the paper it is analyzed the reasonable development and management of the arid area population. The conclusion is that the adjusts and controls of government plays a very important role in the development and management of resources. |
