摘    要:研究了现蕾、初花、盛花3个不同打顶时间对烤烟根系及烟碱含量的影响,提早打顶和推迟打顶均有利于较粗根系(5mm)生物量的增加,而初花打顶可促进较细根系(>1mm,<3mm)数量和生物量的增加,不同打顶时间根系生长与烟叶烟碱含量具有相关性,粗根生物量的增加可能与上部烟叶烟碱含量升高有关。

Abstract:The effects of the topping time in the budding,early-flowering and full-blooming stage on the root growth and the content of nicotine of flu-cured tobacco were studied,which indicated that both the early and late topping were favorable for the biomass of over five millimeters in diameter and the topping at the early-flowering stage could increase the number and biomass of the roots whose diameter-increasing ranged between 1 milimeter and 3 millimeters. In the different topping times,the morphology of the root was correlated with the content of nicotine in the leaf and the increased biomass of the rough roots was probably related to the content of nicotine in leaf.
