| 摘 要： | 将300只大小适中,健康无病的肉仔鸡,用鸡新城疫疫苗首次免疫后,随机分为6组,其中1、2、3、4、5组免疫后5周内在饮水中按0.5%剂量分别添加不同配比的中草药金银花、板蓝根、连翘、黄芪、柴胡等,空白对照组0组饮水中不添加任何药物,在免疫后14、28 d时,检测鸡新城疫HI抗体效价。结果显示,大多数试验组鸡的新城疫抗体效价都显著高于空白对照组,其中以黄芪、柴胡组方和以金银花、柴胡、连翘、黄芪四种中草药为主的组方效果最为显著。

| Abstract: | Three hundred healthy AA chichen,1-day age were randomly divided into 6 groups after being fed one weed.They had been jnjected Newcastle Disease vaccine.The groups of 1 to 5 were added 0.5% Chinese herbal medicinal additive respectively.The control group was not been added herbs.The Newcastle Disease HI antibody titers were detected after 14,28 days.The result showed that the HI antibody titers of majority of the test groups had significant differences compared with the control group. |
