卡那霉素对黄河蜜子叶苗生长的影响

摘    要:卡那霉素对黄河蜜试管子叶苗生长影响表现为减少毛根发生、主根根长、株高、单叶面积、单株生长量及增加主根根粗,而且随卡那霉素浓度增加,影响作用增强。在P<0.05的显著性水平上,卡那霉素对毛根发生、主根根长、株高、单叶面积、单株生长量产生抑制的起始有效浓度分别为25~75 mg/L、50 mg/L、50~100 mg/L、50~100 mg/L、25 mg/L,在此浓度范围内,与对照相比,平均每株毛根发生量、平均主根根长、平均株高、平均单叶面积、平均单株生长量分别减少19.985~25.741条、4.651 cm、3.986~5.651 cm、0.731~0.952 cm2、0.1 g。对主根根粗产生影响卡那霉素起始有效浓度为25~50 mg/L(P<0.05),在此浓度范围内,主根平均直径比对照增加0.011~0.012 cm。试验确定对幼苗生长产生显著影响的卡那霉素有效浓度为50~100 mg/L。

Abstract:The experiment shows that kanamycin effects the growth of muskmelon seed plantlets, it can increase the axial root diameter and reduce the number of hair roots, the length of axial root, the height of stem, the area of leaf and the growth amounts of plantlets. With the increasing of kan concentration, the effect became stronger. The effective concentration for inhibiting the number of hair roots is 25~75 mg/L (P<0.05), and the average number per plantlet was less 19.985~25.741 cm than CK. For the length of axial roots is 50 mg/L (P<0.05), and the average length of is less 4.651 cm than CK. For the height of stem and leaf area is 50~100 mg/L (P<0.05), the height is less 3.986~5.651 cm than CK and the area per leaf is less 0.731~0.952 cm2 than CK. For the average growth amounts is 25 mg/L (P<0.05) and the average growth amounts per plantlet is less 0.1 g than CK. Kan increase the diameter of axial roots, and the effective concentration is 25~50 mg/L (P<0.05), the diameter is more 0.011~0.012 cm than CK. The effective concentration of kan on a plantlet growth is 50~100 mg/L.
