磺化丙酮甲醛缩聚物的合成及分散性能的研究

摘    要:以丙酮、甲醛、亚硫酸钠为原料,合成了磺化丙酮-甲醛缩聚物(SAF)高效水泥减水剂。研究了原料配比、反应温度对所合成的SAF分散性能的影响,找出了最佳反应条件。进一步实验表明,合成的高效水泥减水剂与目前广泛使用的萘系减水剂相比,性能更为优良,掺量明显降低,对水泥的适应性增强,与其它减水剂相比,价格也具有极大竞争优势,是一种具有广阔使用前景和开发价值的新型高效水泥减水剂。

Abstract:In this paper,a kind of high range water-reducing agent for cement sulfonated acetone-formaldehyde resin was synthesized by acetone,formaldehyde and sodium sulfite.The effect of mole ratio of raw material and reaction temperature were studied,and the optimal reaction conditions were confirmed.The results showed that the performance of SAF is much better than naphthalene a serie of water reducers which are widely used,and the admixture are reduced largely.The adaptability of SAF is much better than other water-reducers.Besides,SAF is much cheaper than other water-reducers.So it is a good-water reducer which has a good prospect.
