甘蓝下胚轴离体培养直接分化成苗的研究

摘    要:经正交试验L_(16)(4~3)分析了BA、IAA及营养物质LH对甘蓝下胚轴分化成苗的影响。结果表明:BA对甘蓝下胚轴分化的作用最显著,BA0.5mg/L,IAA0.01mg/L和LH600~800mg时促进芽的分化,BA为0.5mg/L、IAA0.1mg/L以及LH800mg/L时促进下胚轴长根。甘蓝叶片,下胚轴不宜诱导愈伤组织。

Abstract:We selected hypocotyl of cabbage(Brassica oleracea Var.Capitata L.) for the exepriment of tissue culture in order to study the direct regeneration of plant,By theorthogonal test, we analysed the effect of BA、IAA and LH toregeneration of hypocotyl of cabbage.The result show: BA have get main effectto regeneration.In the direct plant regeneration media with BA of 3.5mg/L,IAA of 0.01mg/L and LH of 600 800mg/L,the bud can be developed, a mediawith BA of 0.5mg/L, IAA of 0.1mg/L and LH of 600~800mg/L,the bud can be developed;a media with BA of 0.5mg/L,IAA of 0.1mg/L and LH of 800mg/L,the root be grown.The leaf and hypocotyl do not suitable induced the calls.
