| 摘 要： | 利益分配不公,基层政府形象不佳,群众诉求渠道不畅,普法宣传不够是群体性突发事件频繁发生的主要原因。统筹兼顾,以民为本,畅通利益诉求渠道,建立信息沟通机制,加大法制宣传力度,增强法制观念是遏制群体性突发事件的关键。

| Abstract: | The unjust benefit assignment, the poor grass-root government image, the impeded populace demand channel, the insufficient law propaganda are all the primary reasons why the community abrupt affairs occur frequently. The all-round consideration, taking the people as this, the unimpeded benefit demand channel, the establishment of the communication mechanism, the enlargement of legal system propaganda and the enhancement of law concepts are the keys to suppress the community abrupt affairs. |
